Strawberry Metabolism Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 scoop Vanilla shake mix
1 cup (250ml) buttermilk
¼ cup (60ml) skimmed milk
¾ cup (120g) strawberries (fresh or frozen)
3 dates
1 tablespoon linseed
Mint to garnish
Water (as needed for consistency)
Method:
1. Using a blender, combine all ingredients for a smooth consistency.
2. Pour into a glass and top with the mint garnish.
