Homemade Bircher Muesli


The night before, mix the following ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge to soak.

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup water

Juice from ½ a lemon

1 pinch sea salt

Some dried cherries or unsweetened cranberries

A few nuts (almonds or walnuts, chopped)

In the morning, mix the following fresh ingredients into your oats mixture.

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 apple, grated

Handful of fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Enjoy!
