Cinnamon Plum Smoothie


Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla shake mix

250 ml milk (skimmed, coconut, almond, oat)

½ plum (ca. 30 g)

½ apple (ca. 50 g)

Juice of half an orange (max. 50 ml)

½ - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Slivered almonds

Method:

1. Stir Vanilla shake mix in with the milk.

2. Cut the plum and apple into fine cubes.

3. Puree plum and apple in with the Vanilla shake mix.

4. Stir in orange juice and cinnamon.

5. Top with slivered almonds as desired.
