Shake Mix Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Chocolate shake mix

¾ cup milk (soy, almond or coconut milk)

15g chia seeds

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 vanilla pod

For decoration:

1 tablespoon greek yogurt

1 tablespoon berries (or pear, banana, muesli)

Method:

1. Mix all 5 ingredients together.

2. Fill a sealable glass (e.g. mason jar) and set in fridge overnight. 3. Garnish with the yoghurt and berries before serving.

Enjoy this filling, lightweight treat!

Get creative! Switch the chocolate shake-mix for vanilla, or vary your berry toppings with banana and crunchy muesli, or some sliced pear!
