Vietnamese Coffee Shake


Ingredients:

1 scoop Chocolate shake mix

¼ cup (50ml) Vietnamese coffee

3 dates

3 ice cubes

½ cup (125ml) almond, oat or soy milk

2 chopped walnuts and unsweetened cocoa powder (to garnish)

Water (as desired for consistency)

Method:

1. Combine shake mix, dates, ice, coffee and milk in a blender.

2. Pour into a glass, coffee cup or mason jar.

3. Garnish with walnuts and cocoa powder.

Yum!
