Sweet Scrambled Eggs

Note: Depending on your appetite, you can leave out fruits, nuts or adjust the number of eggs used.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 banana

1 scoop (35g) Bluebell Vanilla Shake

4 walnut halves

4 pecans halves

1 peach

Coconut chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons milk

Method:

[if !supportLists]2. [endif]Mash banana and mix them in with the eggs.

[if !supportLists]3. [endif]Add your choice of milk.

[if !supportLists]4. [endif]Fold in your Bluebell vanilla shake mixture.

[if !supportLists]5. [endif]Pan-fry nuts and fruits in coconut oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

[if !supportLists]6. [endif]Pour egg mixture in to the pan and fry until eggs thicken.

[if !supportLists]7. [endif]Top with coconut chips.
