Spicy Carrot Drink


Ingredients:

1 bag of Vegetable Soup (available to UK customers only)

300 ml skim milk

1 medium-sized carrot

1 piece of ginger (1-2 cm, chopped)

Juice of half an orange

1-2 teaspoons curry

Dill to taste

Cucumber to garnish

Method:

1. Peel and chop the carrot.

2. Cook carrot in the milk.

3. Add the ginger and puree all ingredients in a blender.

4. Stir in orange juice and 1 serve of vegetable soup.

5. Add curry to taste.

6. Top with dill.

7. Slice a piece of cucumber and slide onto the rim of your glass for refreshment.
