Shake Mix Snickers Smoothie

A smoothie with peanut butter, lowering the risk of high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease. Tasty, too!

Ingredients: 1 Chocolate shake mix 1 tsp Natural peanut butter 2 cups milk (of your choice)

Method:

1. Melt peanut butter in a mug in the microwave on mid-heat for 20 seconds.

2. Shake chocolate mix with milk until powder is evenly dispersed.

3. Stir in peanut butter and shake again.
