Choc-Banana Shake


Ingredients:

250ml cold milk (skim, almond, coconut, oat)

¼ banana

1 scoop Chocolate shake mix

Method:

1. In a blender, mix all ingredients for approximately 15 seconds until smooth.

2. Serve in a glass or mason jar.

3. Top with your own ingredients: fruits or seeds are lovely for an added zing, or break a biscuit or sprinkle muesli on top for a crunchy texture!

Note: You might like to stir in 1/3 chopped banana after blending is complete; this provides texture and adds satisfaction!
