Shake Mix Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla shake mix

1 mashed banana

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 shot almond milk

100g / ¾ cup blueberries

Method:

1. Mash a banana.

2. Add the eggs, baking powder, Vanilla shake mix, and almond milk. Blend.

3. Stir 2/3 of blueberries into the mixture.

4. Fry pancakes and garnish with remaining blueberries.

5. Top with honey or maple syrup.

Delish!
