Corny Papa Shake


Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla shake mix

250ml cold milk (skim, oat, coconut, almond)

40g sweet corn

10g parsley

5g ginger (1-2 cm)

50g papaya

30g orange (approx. 2 pieces)

Method:

1. Wash the sweet corn and parsley.

2. Peel the ginger and crush.

3. Purée ingredients finely, adding some milk.

4. Cut the papaya and orange, and purée again.

5. Add the remaining milk and the Vanilla shake mix, and stir into a shake.

6. Add water to dilute as desired.
